Refund Policy
- Customers may request a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of purchase
- Refunds are only applicable if cancellation is requested before any service processing has begun
- Once any service work, project setup, or execution has started, the order becomes non-refundable
- All third-party costs, software subscriptions, ad spend, and processing fees are non-refundable once incurred
- Clients are responsible for reviewing all submitted details and requirements carefully before confirming their order
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within the 14-day period and prior to the start of processing
- Our team is available to assist with pre-processing cancellations or modifications
- Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of ABC Digital Solutions, depending on the stage of service completion
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, delays caused by the client, or unmet business expectations (e.g., sales, rankings, ROI)
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- This policy ensures a fair, transparent, and efficient service process for all clients
