  • Once any service work, project setup, or execution has started, the order becomes non-refundable
  • All third-party costs, software subscriptions, ad spend, and processing fees are non-refundable once incurred
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all submitted details and requirements carefully before confirming their order
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within the 14-day period and prior to the start of processing
  • Our team is available to assist with pre-processing cancellations or modifications
  • Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of ABC Digital Solutions, depending on the stage of service completion
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, delays caused by the client, or unmet business expectations (e.g., sales, rankings, ROI)
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
